Registration Details

It’s good to see you here on the Pre-registration section! Pre-registration will open in February! Until then read on for info on some great DRAWINGS and there are lots of them!!!

First, to make life easier you can choose to pay online with a credit card (recommended) or to pay by mail with a check or money order. (

If you are Paying Online:
Make sure you have your credit card handy - only VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Note: On the screen where you enter the credit card information, please make sure the address matches your credit card billing address. If you’re like me, paying online makes it easy breezy to pre-register.

If you're paying By Mail:
Please follow the instructions on the registration form. Fill in the printable, mail in version, of the form (you can type in the information). Print it out and mail it in along with a check or money order to the “mail to” address listed on the form.

Pre-registration: $30, includes the Rally Pin: Yeppers the Pin is free to everyone that pre-registers!!!

Onsite Registration: $35, does not include the Rally Pin

Day Pass: $20

Rally Photos: You're going to love this... All Rally Photos are FREE to All Pre-registered Attendees! You got it, we have TWO Rally Photographers following the SC State H.O.G. Rally Attendees around for Three Full Days of outrageous Photos! Make sure you Pre-register and take advantage of the the great Memories you'll have of the "Homecoming on the North End"!!!

Everyone that Pre-registers for the 2012 SC State Rally will have an opportunity to win some great
prizes... Okay here's the low-down... Just remember the earlier you pre-register the more chances you have to win! The first drawing will happen in February (after online registration opens) and each month thereafter, one drawing at the end of each month through the end of the pre-registration deadline... man, thats up to 7 drawings. Only those who pre-register will be entered. The earlier you register, the better your chances.

A Monthly Winner will be drawn each month from the time the Online Registration Opens in February (This will also include any paper registrations that are received in each month until the Deadline). We are drawing one lucky winner each and every month during pre-registration! These lucky winners get -- Free entry to the 2012 Rally and a rally pin for themself and up to 1 guest that was registered on the same form! Note: Guest must be a H'O'G' member to get a Rally Pin.

At the close of pre-registration, those lucky enough to win one of the Monthly Drawings will be put in for an additional drawing. The 7 monthly winners will be entered in a prize drawing for Breakfast for 2 at the Host Hotel during their stay. (3 days Max)

Get Excited Folks… 'Cause we are going to draw AGAIN!!! At the end of Pre-registration, everyone, and we do mean EVERYONE that Pre-registered, online or by paper, including Monthly Drawing Winners… EVERYONE will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing … That’s right, we are going to have Grand Prize Winner of the 2012 SC STATE H.O.G. Rally, Inc.

This Grand Prize Winner will receive:
Free admission to the Rally (void if you've already won a free admission during a monthly drawing)
1 Room free during the rally (Max 3 nights) at the Host Hotel
All the Rally Merchandise that they initially ordered (Money will be refunded to them)
The Rally Banner
A $100.00 Visa Card.
