PRE-REGISTRATION IS OPEN! REGISTER NOW! Welcome to the 2009 SC State H.O.G. Rally in Columbia, SC and the surrounding midlands. Come join us for three fun-filled days of riding, history, food and entertainment. The fun begins Thursday after registration, where you will be able to participate in many guided and self-guided rides highlighting the area's natural beauty and history. On Friday be sure to get here early and participate in a group photo on the State Capital Building steps. While in Columbia, be sure and visit the downtown Vista area with it's quaint shops and reasonable restaurants. After you have filled your belly, feel free to take self-guided rides and see the historical sights of the Civil War. Or take a leisurely, self-guided ride to the Camden area and visit some Revolutionary War historical sights. After a day of scenic rides, join us for our VIP dinner for the owner of Timms Harley-Davidson. We will be honoring Mr. Timms and his many years of sacrifice and service to Harley-Davidson and the state of South Carolina. Come rub shoulders with some of Harley-Davidson, H.O.G. and Darlington Raceway's top executives. This will be a pre-registered event that we are sure you will want to attend. On Saturday join us for an escorted ride to Darlington Raceway where you will be able to experience the sights, sounds and smells of your chrome horses made of steel as we ride four laps around NASCAR's oldest paved track. If speed is what you seek, be sure and register for the Buck Baker Driving School where you can ride or drive a stock car around the track and scream like a little girl. You will be able to pre-register for this once-in-a-lifetime event and save your place in line. Or you can register for the fun at Darlington on that Saturday For those who wish to come and relax, be sure to join the rest of your H.O.G. family at Rally Central, Thunder Tower Harley-Davidson, where you can visit the many on-site vendors. If shopping is what you crave, stop by the Village at Sandhill shopping community with hundreds of stores and restaurants that are sure to fill your saddlebag and empty your wallet. Along with all of the other activities, there will be many rides that we are sure you will enjoy. We are confident that when you leave you will be saying, "I can't wait for the next rally in the Columbia area." |
